About the Event
A wine pairing session with Malaysian cuisine, using high-welfare, local produce and quality Southeast Asian spices to make vibrant dishes from scratch, using family recipes and traditional cooking techniques.
Just as we did last year, we will select wines that harmonise (it’ll be the new summer menu too!) and consider high acidity and lower tannins as our start point. Specific bottles to be confirmed as we are planning to show some new releases that are due to arrive in the spring. But I’m happy to confirm it’ll be “business as usual” on the quality front!
The tasting will include
· Twelve tasting samples of wine selected to pair with the food
· A selection from the Lucky Lychee’s new summer dishes selection
