It's a rye expression from those MB Roland folks over in west Kentucky! It's made up of a mash bill of 68% rye, 27% local white corn and 5% malted barley, with the buttery corn helping mellow those spicy rye notes. It's then aged in a new alligator char oak barrels and bottled at a healthy 55% ABV.
