Sonoma Distilling Co. specialises in making local and sustainable spirits from non-GMO grains. Their very own bourbon is distilled from a mash bill of 70% corn, 25% wheat, and 5% malted barley, distilled in direct-fire heated copper stills. Sonoma Bourbon and Sonoma Rye are reminiscent of a more traditional style of whiskey. These uniquely robust and full-bodied expressions are the result of double distillation process in handmade copper pot stills.
This Bourbon is loaded with vanilla, sandalwood and toasty aromas, leading to more vanilla on the palate with toffee, caramel, and bitter chocolate. A nice peppery note present on the finish.
