This is Quintarelli's only dry white wine made from a blend of local grape varieties, Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano and Saorin, plus a few international varieties, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is a fantastic introduction to the world class estate of Quintarelli, one of Italy's greatest wine producers and unquestionably Valpolicella's finest. The wine is rich and creamy with notes of bitter almonds and stoned fruits with just enough zest and freshness to give structure and vibrant acidity to the palate. Quite a remarkable wine that should not be overlooked.
