Ansonica is a traditional Tuscan variety and this new wine from the iconic winery Tua Rita is made in very limited series of just 2,000 bottles. Neither filtered nor fined, it is fermented in amphora on the skins for two months then aged for a further three months in concrete. It has lovely aromas of yellow apple, smoke, honey and waxy orange peel, with a textured and refreshing mouthfeel.
