55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot. Controlled stainless steel fermentation, followed by ageing for 12 months in used French oak barriques 40% new, 35% second passage, 25% third passage. 5% American oak used.
 
This is the latest release from Tenuta San Guido and will be shipped late Spring 2025.  Strictly limited
